No air conditioning and loud train tracks outside of windows Positive: New building and apartment with concierge. Apartment was clean and had USB outlets in every room. Negative: No air conditioning even though it’s advertised on Booking.com. Host lied twice about it but is was confirmed by the concierge that the whole building doesn’t have air conditioning. So was very hot and opening windows is not an option because kids have allergies and because of noise from the train tracks next to window. We demanded money back because we couldn’t stay. No money back but we moved out after first night.

Spacious apartment, but a bit noisy due to adjacent rail lines. Positive: The apartment was spacious and clean. It was really comfortable inside. The 2 bathrooms were nice and clean. There was a fully functioning washer and dryer in the apartment, which was really useful. Negative: On the day of arrival we found one of the bedrooms was missing drapes/curtains which made sleeping in that room impossible. The caretaker quickly rectified this by installing curtains in this bedroom on the 2nd day. The big issue was the apartment was facing the major railroad tracks which had a continuous stream of railroad traffic bound for or starting from Victoria and Clapham junction stations. This distracted our sleep.

Amplio. Cerca Bus y Metro. No A/A. Junto vía de trenes. Positive: Apartamento amplio y cómodo. Muy luminoso. No está céntrico, pero sí ubicado, cerca de parada de autobús y estación de metro (Aprox. 20- 40 min. de zonas de interés). La acogida en recepción fue genial, así como su atención 24 horas. Personal de recepción muy amable y dispuesto. Gracias Manuel por tu ayuda. Negative: ¡ATENCIÖN! NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO, aunque claramente se anuncia que lo tiene. Personas que necesiten temperaturas frescas, como nosotros, NO VAYAIS EN VERANO. Además las ventanas dan a una multivía de trenes que con las ventanas abiertas no te dejan descansar.

Positive: Spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms made it easy in the morning. Negative: Quite small beds with just one sheet, no A/C. Windows facing railway tracks.

Home away from home Positive: The flat location is great. The nearest underground station and grocery store are just 3-5 minutes walk away. There are coffee shops nearby and the US embassy is just 3 minutes away. The flat is complete with utensils and cookware which was helpful as we prefer home cooked meals and eating out was expensive. Quincy is so approachable and responds within the hour, and accommodated us earlier than our expected check in time. Overall, our experience was great and we're hoping to rebook should we decide to visit London again. The place feels like home away from home. Negative: None
